Return Requirements
- Please return unworn items along with the original packaging and keep the tags attached (excluding underwear). This ensures smooth processing of exchanges or refunds.
- Refunds will be issued in the amount shown on the invoice, using the original payment method.
Return Procedures
1. Return the Item
- Address: 900 VAN NESS AV, SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94109
- Timeframe: The return period starts from the date of courier delivery confirmation and lasts for 30 days.
2. Shipping Method
- Use standard tracked shipping (signature not required) for returns. Shipping cost policies are as follows:
- If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.
- For returns due to product quality issues, EveryDorp will cover the shipping cost (contact customer service for prior confirmation).
3. Submission of Documents
- To expedite the process, include a note with the order number, item name, return reason, and contact information inside the package. Additionally, send a clear photo of the note to [email protected]
Notes for Non-EU Customers
- Clearly mark your return package as “Return” or “Exchange”. Failure to do so may result in customs duties or local taxes. In such cases, we reserve the right to reject the package or request you to cover the additional charges.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 30 days of placement via email ([email protected]) or by returning the item with your contact details. Please note that once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Refund Review and Processing Time
- We will complete the review of returned items within 7 business days of receipt.
- Upon successful review, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days.

- In the event of force majeure causing order delays or unavailability, EveryDorp reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or delay delivery without liability for any losses or damages.
