You can cancel your order within a short period of time, but you cannot change the order, until it is dispatched to the selected address. If you wish to change an order, you must cancel it or return the products in their original condition after receipt.

We may have to cancel your order for one or more of the following reasons:

• You fail to provide sufficient information necessary for order processing, such as your address or contact details.
• Errors are found in product descriptions or pricing.

Product Prices and Descriptions

Although we strive to ensure the accuracy of all product information, including prices, since this information is added manually, human errors may occur. Once we discover any errors in the product description, price, or discount information of the products you ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will also provide you with the opportunity to re – confirm your order with the updated information or cancel it.

If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled, and your payment will be refunded to your account. Due to differences in display settings on various devices, the colors displayed on your device screen may vary slightly from the actual product colors. These variations are device – specific and beyond our control. Therefore, everydorp.com does not guarantee that the product colors will be an exact match to what you see on your screen.

Returns and Refunds

If the product’s size, appearance, or other aspects do not meet your expectations, returns are acceptable under the following conditions:

• Returns can only be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• The item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered, which means it should be unused and the labels should remain intact.

We aim to complete all refunds within 7 to 14 days after you return the product. The refund will be credited back to your original payment account. If you are unable to return the product within the specified time or if you have not received the refund after 14 days, please contact us.

If we detect abnormal or excessive patterns of orders and returns in your account, or if we suspect fraudulent behavior (including but not limited to requesting a return after using the product), we may reject your return request and even suspend your account on everydorp.com. If your EveryDorp account is frozen and you believe it is a mistake, please contact us, and we will work together to resolve the issue.

Prohibited Activities

Please be aware that you are prohibited from tampering with or misusing our website, services, and content. You must not introduce any viruses, Trojans, worms, or other malicious, technically harmful, or offensive materials. Legal and Jurisdiction
