Order Processing and Delivery Time

The order preparation typically takes 1 – 2 business days (excluding weekends and legal holidays). Once your order is picked and packed, it will be shipped via USPS First Class service, which usually delivers within 2 – 5 business days. Delivery times may vary by region within the United States. During peak shopping seasons, such as Black Friday and Christmas, order processing may be extended by 1 business day, and we will notify you in advance via email.

Order Status Inquiry

You can track your order’s real – time status at any time by visiting the Order Tracking Page. Enter your order number and registered email address to view updates. After USPS picks up your package, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with carrier details, a tracking link, and the estimated delivery date.

Delivery Scope and Fees

We exclusively offer shipping services within the United States, covering all 50 states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories. EveryDorp provides free shipping on all orders via USPS First Class, regardless of the order value. There are no hidden charges or additional handling fees.

Split Shipment Instructions

If your order contains pre – sale items, multiple sizes, or products with separate inventory locations, it may be shipped in multiple packages. Before each shipment, we will send you an email detailing the shipped items, the expected shipping time for the remaining items, and individual tracking information for each package.

Handling of Exceptional Situations

• Missing or Damaged Items: If you receive your package and find items missing or the packaging damaged, please take clear photos of the product, order label, and outer packaging within 48 hours of receipt and send them to [email protected] Our customer service team will review and resolve the issue within 2 business days. If replacements are required, we will arrange for expedited shipping.

Address Modification Instructions

You can request an address change by emailing [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order. If more than 24 hours have passed and your package has been dispatched, address changes may not be possible.
